Terry Cuttle

Terry Cuttle is a retired engineer, a keen amateur astronomer and the immediate past Vice President of the Astronomical Association of Queensland.  He has a keen interest in transient astronomical phenomena including transits, comets, meteor showers but especially eclipses.  He enjoys the challenge of travel to, experiencing and photographing these events.  Terry coordinated the preparation of the astronomical material used in the Transit of Venus Australia 2012 project and assisted in the successful webcast of the transit.  He is coordinating the preparation of public and educational material for the total solar eclipse in Queensland in November 2012.

Jonathan Bradshaw

Jonathan Bradshaw is President of the Astronomical Association of Queensland and a sessional lecturer in Observational Astronomy at the Queensland University of Technology. He holds the quite pointless world record for the faintest observation made of an asteroidal occultation which in his own words makes him ‘’the worlds dullest astronomer’’. Using the name Astrojunk, Jonathan promotes astronomy on-line with videos and webcasts of the superb night skies under which he is privileged to live.
